C-Learning supported the College with expert advice and guidance to ensure a successful adoption of Google Voice to enhance unified communications.
The challenge
The College was seeking to enable seamless communications in the context of a distributed workforce and Google Voice was identified as the preferred solution as the telephony system needed to be reliable, agile and easy to use.
The solution
Google Voice was identified as the perfect solution to enable the College to deliver unified communications consistently irrespective of location. The flexibility of the solution combined with its ease of use enabled quick impact.
The results
Google Voice was implemented with speed across 170 staff and 2,000 students to conduct on-line enrolment. This enabled staff and students to offer pastoral support during lockdown. This feature has enhanced communication across the College.
Google Voice has supported the College’s Digital Strategy to enhance the quality of students’ learning experience empowering learners and supporting self directed learning in new ways with easier communication with College staff.
