When faculty choose to completely ignore the existence of these tools, it leads to devastating educational outcomes, such as teachers falsely accusing a student of plagiarism based purely on uneducated assumptions and fear. Leaders must cultivate a culture in which staff are encouraged to debate, challenge, and stay informed, ensuring the institution moves forward as a cohesive unit.
